Construction: MIA PARK Residence

Namberg-Yavu Construction, being an affiliate of Barakat Group, started the construction of its first major residential housing complex in late 2006.

Located in Kurtkoy, Istanbul, covering an area of 11,588 sqm., the construction of three apartment buildings with ten floors each and total of 139 apartments was successfully completed in July 2008.

With modern structure and interior decoration, facilities include swimming pool and sport facilities.
